This is a Danish Modernist art pottery brooch by the Scandinavian ceramicist Ursula Printz Mogensen. (Born 1920; died 1993.) It measures 1.75” high and 2.25” long and is decorated by a bold cobalt blue floral pattern outlined in greenish brown on a white background. The clasp is securely glued on the back and is in proper working condition. There are no chips or cracks. A dramatic and unique accent piece to a jacket, sweater, blouse or tunic.
