Ana Sui Canvas Dollhouse Pattern Tote VERY RARE

This Ana Sui canvas dollhouse pattern tote is so rare I’m unable to find another on any U.S. platform form for sale! There was one in another color on another site but it is sold. It is black with the dollhouse design on the front in white with white trim on the handles. This bag is in EUC with the only callout that I could find being minor wear on one of the corners. Please refer to the pictures. Both the exterior and interior are clean. There is a small slip pocket on the back. The interior features a fun floral print and one zipper pocket and two slip pockets.
