Vintage blue topaz and diamond gold over sterling silver tennis bracelet

This is a vintage bracelet from an estate purchase showing little signs of use in almost like new condition.  Genuine blue topaz gemstones x 12, with 12 tiny colorless/ white diamond accent stones. Prong set in yellow gold plated over authentic 925 sterling silver. Measures just a tad bit over 7 inches in length. Box flap with two safety snaps.
