jimcherrix Could you let me know how high the wedges are and how high the platform at the front are, please? I walk with a cane so heel height is extremely important. I'm hoping the net heel height is within my grasp. 🤞

jimcherrix Thanks so much for the offer but before I can get around to that, I truly do need to know their wedge heel height and the front platform (toward the toes) height. These 2 measurements will give me the net height of the heel. I'm Barb, Jim's wife, but I'm sure you've probably figured that out by now. Although I'm sure there's a myriad of men out there that would love not only these shoes... but I digress. This is what happens at 2 a.m. when I've taken some pain meds so I can try to sleep. 😴💤

jimcherrix Back to the reason I need to know the heel height. I walk with a cane so heel height is extremely important. I'm able to walk with block heels or wedges but I'm limited to ~2". Not the 4" heels I was used to. I can adjust my cane and can keep myself balanced but the days of stiletto heels 👠 are gone 😢🤧

jimcherrix @nmwrenn22 They're a ½" too high. 😢🤧 I know a ½" doesn't seem like much, but when your low back is messed up, each little bit makes it more difficult. Originally, after my surgery I was wearing all flats. I only owned 2 pairs out of 200+ pairs of shoes. Those 2 pairs were a pair of loafers and sneakers. Now I'm trying to get back some height but it looks like 2" is going to be my limit for the foreseeable future. 🙁

nmwrenn22 @valrodscloset if you’re a true 9, it should be fine! I’m normally an 8, but a lot of European brands tend to run smaller, and some other Prada shoes I have were running smaller so I got the 9.5 thinking it might be a tad big but still workable and they’re just a little bit too big for me to wear comfortably! But if you’re a size 9 normally then this would probably be perfect
