The shoulder straps go over the shoulder and crisscross over the exposed back, lacing through either side and tying together at the bottom like a corset. The skirt is full with three layers of stiff and gathered taffeta, with a small attache crinoline for extra volume. The ruffles are longer in the center of the front and back This is made of a swishy, shiny dark green taffeta with a black iridescent shine. The photos do not do it justice! Nylon zipper up the side of the waist.
