Good condition. No stains. Please see pictures; the second to last shows a bit of fraying at the knee and the last one shows the wear at the crotch; there are two small holes at the seam. Should be an easy repair.

The rise is 10 inches and the inseam 27 inches. In taking measurements, I noticed that at the crotch there is more wear than I had realized. I will post a picture, and also update the price.
