This New W/O Tags swim dress has pull on shorts, a gather tie bodice, wide straps, and adjustable double back straps. It has a teal floral print on black made of 82% polyester and 18% elastane. The shorts have a banded waistband and the panty protection shield is still in tact. Measurements- pit to pit-16 (not stretched), length-28 (approximately). The suit is a size 2XL and in new condition.
