Vintage Handblown Rib Optic Cobalt Blue Glass or Vase Estate Find 4.5" tall 3" across top pontil mark is a bit rough, has some bubbles in the glass, and inside there is what was probably a bubble that is a bit sharp on the edges, - see last photo. I would use this as a vase not a drinking glass because of that.
