NWT English Factory Elastic Detail Sleeve Dress. Size large with stretch, see measurements. Midi or maxi depending on your height. I am 5'6 and it comes almost to my ankles, see last picture. Color is black. Elastic crisscross straps. Apron style top. Back waistband is Elastic and has a zipper on the left hip. Tiered skirt. The shell is cotton and if you are not familiar with their fabric feel, its similar to a windbreaker type fabric that's medium thickness and kind of noisy. Has a liner that's polyester and cotton.
