Hi, I just wanted make sure and I’m not getting anything wrong. Are these pants 15 inches across on the waist when laid flat?  The waist does stretch a bit too, right? And this has a drop-crotch…correct? I am so infatuated with these pants❣️Thanks for your time and have a great Wednesday, queen.✌️
