So most people now think that they need to be a size 4/6 or thinner No stop thinking like that, just do what is healthy and plus size. You do you, don’t think that you need to be a 0 to be thin, to pass out every 5 minutes n end up in the hospital. Don’t do that and again you don’t need to be a smaller to be beautiful! Ur already beautiful!
