alex_darkPlease let me know if there are any issues with the sale of this! i saw it for the first time today and submitted an offer and it sold to someone else right after and im heartbroken! i totally would have gone higher - was just testing the waters to start a negotiation. Id love to buy it if the buyer falls through somehow!
