snazzy_star Hi sorry for the delayed response, I just saw your question. Laid flat pit to pit is 20” so 40” total Waist laid flat is 19” so 38” Waist has string through the trim so can be drawn in tighter I’m not sure about hips because the skirt is full 9” below waist I stretched fabric out and it measured 39” flat so 78” around total Skirt is gathered at waist and full so should accommodate multiple hip measurements I will look up Spell measurements for XL and give you those as well.

snazzy_star Hi According to Spell size chart XL is bust: 80cm / 39.6”. Waist: 80cm =31.496 in 31.5” and hips are 107cm = 42.5” this dress has a bit of leeway though as it is a looser flowy fit
