This is the cutest dress with lots of rainbow tulle layers. The top is smocked material so lots of stretch and adjustable ties. Also has a cute ruffle detail at the neckline. This measures about 16” across the bust unstretched and hits me mid calf on my 5’7 frame. Ultimate dopamine dressing find. I loved this dress so much but I find that I was only wearing it paired with tops and sweaters over the skirt - and never just as the cute dress it is. So I am replacing it with a rainbow skirt.
