Please note the color is called Tea Stain. This is because the garment is created using tea to artfully stain the item. See pics above for more info and the history of this process. Check both the pics from the designer’s website (above) and my pics to see how the tea stain looks on the item before purchasing.

what percentage are the cotton/silk? also, any other fabric in the blend?

@peamama the material is purely cotton and silk. The designer is known for her “slow fashion” and sustainability, sourcing only locally, and there are no synthetics in the fabric. Her website is very informative if you want to learn more. There is not a percentage breakdown of silk to cotton on the blouse or the website, but it looks and feels just like silk. The cotton adds durability to the silk. If you search “cotton silk” it’s a great fabric. hope that helps!

@meegsmurphy thanks for your reply, but was wondering if the mix was, for example, 80/20 (80% cotton, 20% silk)?

@peamama Yes- I wish it was stated on the website or the blouse itself, but there is no fabric content tag on any of her blouses that I own. I wish there was!

I would not have known it had a cotton content if it wasn’t listed as such on the website. It looks and feels like silk to me. I know that is not the question you asked but I hope that helps!

The back of the blouse from the center neckline down to the seam is approx 29.5”
Hope that is helpful!
