Wonderful NWT dress from Free People. Stripes linen cotton blend dress. Cut out and tie shoulders. This dress can actually be worn both ways as shown in the stock photos. Either with the cut out and button skirt in front or with them in the back. The cross crossed bust has a tacked thread on either side one came out. Could be easily restitched if needed. Size 2 FP1
