City Chic Black White Blue Floral Lace Dress

This dress needs a new home! Beautiful dress from City Chic. Size Large, equal to a 20. I would say fits true to size, but it is a fitted dress, not a ton of stretch to it. Zips in the back. Has a lace type material. Black, white, light blue floral pattern. About knee length. Measurements provided upon request. One very small stain in the front (see picture, priced accordingly) that could probably be taken care of. It was there when I got the dress and I didn’t even notice it. Worn once.
