This piece is solid Gold and has One (1) Brilliant Cut Diamond (1.5mm) set atop White Gold in the center of Five (5) Fancy Heart Shaped Cut Genuine Gem Stones (3.5mm x 3mm each) -- Amethyst, Blue Topaz, Garnet, Citrine, and Peridot. All natural & ORIGINAL stones. It measures 1/2 of an inch wide by 3/8 of an inch long on the front and the back of the band measures 1/16 of an inch. Weighs 2.0 grams - and is approximately a Size 7. Hand assembled, not mass produced. Raised basket for all natural stones. Note the single prong setting indicative of era made. Stamped: "14k" on inner band. Solid Yellow Gold.
