@nastasiadasilva I would say it relaxed when closed - that you can see - but when open fills out perfectly. I can post a pic of it open. Not slouchy.

@titicat Is there is something I can show you about that you have a concern on ? It goes through full authentication with Poshmark. They not only look for the fact that the item is real, but they also look that it is in the condition that I say it is in. If you look at my closet under sold I have a history of selling luxury bags over many years.
