Beautiful Dress / Church Hat Hat by Kymmy Koo

Absolutely beautiful turquoise lace over Polly with gorgeous prong set turquoise rhinestones. It has a thin piece of foam on the inside, I’m assuming to give it a snug fit. can’t tell if it was ever worn. see pics and please take time to look at all of the hats in my collection.
