Vintage Cachet 90s Formal Sleeveless Top Size 10 with Tags

Gorgeous formal cropped vintage top that is beaded. Never been worn by me, found thrifting with tags still intact. I believe it is the top to a two piece dress. Flattering high neck cut with zipper that zips down. This would be a gorgeous edition to an outfit with a high waisted long skirt, jeans, etc. it is versatile and can go with anything!
