This is a pair of rare Vintage 1950s "VOO" Aztec indian headress earrings. They are sterling silver with very intricate detail. They have a post backing, and the bottom dangle, so they move as you do! My mother-in-law bought them in the 50s while in Mexico and gave them to me in the 80s. I no longer wear them, so its time for someone else to enjoy them. The artist's initials "VOO" are well known to collectors of high-end Mexican silver and have the stamp of "Mexico" "925". They measure almost 1 3/4 " from top to bottom and are under 3/4" at the widest part. They come from a smoke-free home. Thanks for looking.
