Layered Sequined Fringe Strapless Tie On Festival/Coverup/Party/Dance Top (OS)

This is such a unique piece! It's a strapless tie back sequined fringe top that goes from a silvery top layer to a layer of varying shades blue to a final layer of black in a layered, almost ombre like design. The bust portion is lined with a pop of bright blue, almost turquoise colored soft, stretchy fabric, which was also the fabric used to make the tie strings. Across the top is a tightly silvery white sequined band with many heavily silvery & pearlescent sequines attached to each strand. Peeking thru the top layer of strands is a bright metallic blue tightly sequined band where the blue sequined strands begin. The final layer of this fringed top is a bold black that has a subtle sparkle from black sequins. It's fun & funky & so unique! This top could also be worn with the tie at the waist more like a skirt. It's one of those super versatile pieces that doesn't fall into one specific category & holds many possibilities. The only limitation is your imagination. I'm not sure of its origin as it has no tags & I believe it was handmade & is most likely vintage. One size fits most or as I like to say "free size". Trust me, this piece is even more sparkly & gorgeous in person! Super neat!
