The cutest multicolored pleated Strawberry Vintage 1970s, which was purchased in Austin, TX at Modcloth's Concept Store. 28 inches at the waistband. No stretch but cloth drawsting. Excellent Condition. Made in USA - likely cotton (but unmarked)
