GUCCI monogram canvas leather ankle boots booties size 6.5

I received it as a gift and I practically never used it. The defect that appears unstuck was from being stored for a while. I have already contacted a Gucci store and they did not take responsibility so I do not know how it can be fixed. In other details it is in excellent condition. If you have any questions, let me know.
