WHBM striped patent leather belt with a black stretch back, to ensure a perfect fit. Also has some snake print detail on the buckle and the belt. Very good overall condition. No flaws noted. Size medium. It's a combination of leather and man made materials. Length with buckle (including relaxed elastic): 37.75" Length of strap only (including relaxed elastic): 36.25" Elastic measures 15" relaxed and stretches to 18.5", so you can add at least 3" to the above measurements.
