Gorgeous dress by Tanvi Kedia in black with a stunning folk style or tribal embroidery and pattern. Its so beautiful. Size 6 with a keyhole back and smocked waistband. Sheer layer chiffon layer that I believe is rayon or similar, all over an opaque under later that to me looks and feels like a silk cotton blend. The contents tag was cut away so thats my best guess. Excellent preowned condition.
