This is US XL, normal 26-28 sizing. I would say could fit 22-28 comfortable. Very flowy. I am short and stumpy and US dresses are the only ones that look decent on me!
I am 5’0 and it was pretty much down to my ankles. Basically brand new. Shows no size of any wear. I just needed a different size.
