Style is Annabelle tulle convertible dress. Color is called lapis blue it’s in between a navy and teal color so it has a slight green hint. It is in fantastic condition with no signs of wear. The bottom has strands of tulle at different lengths. Was a convertible dress but the strap has been lost so this would be just the strapless version. From bhldn.
