Sheer Brown Polka Dot Tie-Front Blouse

Chic sheer blouse with polka dots featuring a tie-front design. Perfect for layering over a shell or a bikini. There are no identifying brands or size labels. I washed it by hand and hung it to dry and it came out beautifully. This top was previously owned and in excellent condition with no flaws noted. Based in the measurements, I believe the top would be a small. Smoke-free home and the measurements should be viewed as approximate.
