Vintage! Thick black velvet (so much so it's bordering on light faux fur) pants with multiple vertical wave patterns that run down the legs and back pockets. These are extremely similar to a particular Lippy line, and as the brand no longer exists and isn't electable on Posh, it's being listed as such. Bought around 2001-02.
