instyle11 @luranah Hello! there are two belts. One in a sz 30 and one in a sz 34. General rule of thumb is to measure your waist or hips (wherever you intend to wear it and size up by two. Ie. sz 26 waist would wear a size 28 belt on the waist.

instyle11 @luranah The measurement given of each belt is generally the second hole towards the inside of the belt. So you would have one hole to cinch tighter and 3 holes to make it looser. If you need an additional hole, I can offer an extra hole complimentary. Hope that helps :)
