Elastic sleeves can be worn on or off the shoulder. Bodice has molded cups and smocking in back for a snug fit. Truly do gorgeous great for summer events, wedding guest dresses etc. Crisp cotton poplin is machine washable and and will hold shape. Kept in a smoke free home.
