Red Formal Dress Size 9/10

Adorable red formal dress size 9/10. I don’t think the tag is right because it fits like a 6. I had the dress hemmed, I’m 5’2. There is a small flaw on the back of the dress towards the bottom of the pleated skirt These are priced to sell with discounted shipping to get it out of my house and life and into someone else’s to make them feel pretty.
