Sequins Skirt and Top w Velevet

Bad photo but beautiful velvet and sequin skirt and top set. There are also straps which go with the set. Perfect condition. Worn once for a wedding Perfect sequin Dimensions available upon request the top is removable straps which i have the skirt does not have any stretch but it can sit high on the waist or lower averiging 14-16 inch across and 42 inch length. THE TOP is size 2 SKIRT is size 4 and very true to size 😊 the top does have some stretch as it is elastic banding. the top measures 14 inch across but DOEs STRETCH..
