Most Beautiful Beaded Mini Skirt

The owner wore this for a red carpet event. There are no tags and no markings, except some kind of scribble during design on the interior. some sort of satin weave. absolutely stunning. I wish I could wear this. decent heft to it. but not heavy. measurements seem to be a size two as I can get it on. no flaws. no cheap beading either. hand beaded. absolutely breathtaking.
