MLV Carmen sequin dress in blue

Mini dress in a blue/silver Some loose strings and sequin issues, but not are obvious. The tag is cut, but it does not go all the way through. So it is not noticeable while wearing. I bought this second hand and the tag is cut out. I assume it is MLV, but cannot confirm because it has no tag. The hanging straps do say MLV, but I am not sure if those are original or not. Please do your own research before purchasing.
