lmzivic11 My computer says you go to profile/account tab-My Sales. Find and select the order. Scroll down and select “Problems/Order Inquiry”. Choose “Cancel Sale” or “Cancel Order”. Select a reason for the cancellation like “Other” or note that it’s “at buyer’s request” to document it properly.
