Tag size is Medium but see measurements- fits like a 2-4 in current US sizing Color is a neutral light yellow Condition is good - there are a few spots where color is darker at back ankles, and another small stain at front of thigh - see last pics. Also bottom button in fly is missing but there is an extra button that can be moved to replace it. Some darker areas at knees but not obvious.
