antique scarf clip Lalique type reverse carved flower. I'm not really sure what this is I've had it for a very long time. from the back of the flower carving is glass it's kind of strange there's nothing mended together or anything but the top of it feels more like a plastic but I don't see any seams or anything. very nice unusual piece of jewelry. quarter in the photos are for size only if you have questions or any information on this piece I would love to know thank you( the Stone is clear.It has a blue cast and some pictures.Because I had it laying on something blue
