@jamaicanabby The inseam is the measurement of the leg length, from the crotch to the ankle. That measurement is approximately 28”. The waist measurement (shown in photos) is across the front of the waist and shows 13” that equals approximately 26” all around with the elastic un-stretched. When stretched, it measures 18”, which is 36” all the way around.
