VTG Papell Boutique Womens Sz L 100% Silk Red Beaded Blouse Holiday Cocktail​​

Gorgeous heavily beaded Papell Boutique 100% silk blouse. Brads are black and gold on red silk base. It does have shoulder pads. The bottom is scalloped. This zips almost completely down the back - just about 3 in from the zipper to the bottom. There are 2 spots where I see a loose thread- see photos. Stunning- statement maker. No one else will be wearing anything like this!! Measurements- 20 in armpit to armpit 22.5 in top shoulder to bottom hem.
