Entro Light Blue Floral V-Neck blouse

Charming V-neck blouse or tunic with vibrant floral design. Soft fabric and elegant style. this could also be a tunic I wasn’t sure. The bodice is fully lined, and the sleeves are puffy and sheer it says medium but pit to pit laying flat is 21 inches. Top of shoulder to hem is 34 inches. I only wore it twice. It is super comfortable but too big for me.
