Civil War Reenactor Ladies Dress/Gown Green and Black Plaid Taffeta 38” NWOT

This rich 2 piece Civil War Zouave set is made of a solid black taffeta, mixed with a pine green and black plaid taffeta. It is accented with green gimp braid. It is a wonderful mix and match piece. The Zouave jacket has pagoda styled sleeves. The sleeves have green gimp braid in a wonderful design. It has matching braid around the jacket body, too. It closes in the center front with a hidden hook and eye closure. It is fully lined. The skirt is a fabulous 180 inches around. It has been hand pleated onto a matching black taffeta waistband, which has been accentuated with matching braid. It has been hemmed to approximately 44 inches long and closes in the back with hooks and eyes. The gown itself measures a waist of 38 inches with a bust of 46 inches. New and never worn!
