Y2K Vintage Sue Wong Bubble Hem Tulip Dress

This Y2K Sue Wong Nocturne Dress is gorgeous! It is a bubble hem style dress with a black chiffon overlay that has a red tulip print on it. There is a banded waist that is covered in beading and rhinestones and a deep V style bust with cups that have draped chiffon. The straps are braided spaghetti style and gather in the back with a knot. The dress zips at the side with a concealed zipper. Overall in good vintage condition with some fraying to the braided straps. The straps were also shortened, but repaired to their original length. Marked a size 6 with measurements in photos - approx a small to a medium. The perfect party dress!
