This gorgeous vintage men’s ring is one that I picked up going through New Mexico many years ago and have decided to pass it on. It is made by a famous Native American silversmith, Effie Calavaza, of the Zuni Nation. She became famous for her Cecil ring symbolism in her jewelry, a snake. This ring has a double snake with heads to the front/top of the turquoise stones. It is beautifully crafted, as is all of the works I have seen of her’s. I do not clean ANY of my vintage silver turquoise pieces because I believe all of that is part of the piece’s heart and soul, but if you desire this ring and want it to be cleaned, I will do this before I ship it if you let me know ahead of time, regardless of my own feelings.
