This unusual little black mini dress has straps the lead to the bodice with alternating cutout and ties/ruching. The waist is open between the bodice and skirt in front so the midriff is open. The skirt has similar cutouts, ties/ruching like the bodice. The way the ties end at the skirt hem is pretty because it gathers up the thigh a smidge. Size small (SHEIN tends to run small and short) although this dress has quite a bit of stretch, the ties/ruching is adjustable.
