Gorgeous MCM vintage Conrad lingerie nightgown dress

Excellent condition, no fabric or size tag. Neon floral print, with a zipper that goes 3/4 of the way down, emptied waist drawstring and a band inside I think to go around your back? Ruffled collar, could be altered to be a cute dress as well. Only flaw is that one of the drawstrings is damaged and needs to be repaired. Shoulder to hem approx 49-50 inches and pit to pit is around 24 inches but the bust seam is pretty high.
