Vintage Kemple Milk Glass Lace And Dewdrop Pattern Basket Vase Top Hat Ruffled In excellent condition, beautiful piece of vintage milk glass really super cute pattern could make a little planter or just a decorative piece. I did note a small imperfection in the glass on the scalloped edge on the bottom. I don’t think it’s a neck. I think it’s really just think it’s imperfection in the pressing but I noted it anyways.
