We purchase item as is and do not send any of our items for repairs. Upon checking our inventory for condition notes left by our team, they have noted that the hardware has tarnished, common for golden brass and an item this age. Then there will be visible creases on the strap. Please note that A condition is our mid range condition rating. I hope this helps.
